At Within Her Light, we strive to provide products and services that support your spiritual journey. Because we offer both digital services and physical products, different refund policies apply to each category.


Digital Readings, Channeled Messages & Instant Downloads

All readings, including but not limited to: Tarot, intuitive readings, channeled messages, spiritual guidance services, and digital download products areĀ non-refundable.

Due to the personalized and/or instantly accessible nature of these products, all sales are final once purchased.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, contact us and we will gladly assist in resolving the problem.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are available for spiritual services of digital products.


Physical Products

Physical products sold through our store are fulfilled and shipped by different suppliers. Because of this, return and refund eligibility may vary by product.

If a product is eligible for returns, the specific terms will be stated on the product listing or communicated during the return process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Broken during transit
  • Significantly different from what was ordered

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with the supplier to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Store credit

General Returns

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or personal preference may be subject to the individual supplier's return policy and may not be available for all products.

Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
